  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

    We hold appointment times for 10 minutes. To ensure we provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled treatment time may result in:

    • The appointment being modified (depending on our available time); or

    • The appointment being cancelled or rescheduled and a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) being applied.

  • Life happens, we understand that a change in your appointment may be necessary. Please feel free to leave us a message on our answer phone or DM or email us as soon as possible.

    Cancelling/Changes more than 3 hours in advance:

    Cancelling/Changes more than 3 hours before your appointment start time are free of charge.

    Cancelling/Changes within 3 hours or No show:

    Cancelling/Changes within 3 hours and no-show will result in a charge equal to the cost of the treatment(s) you have booked in for.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, however, we recommend that clients book in advance. If you are walking by, you are welcome to come in and check with our receptionist for the earliest availability and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We accept Cash, Debit or Credit, Visa, Mastercard. Please note that there is a 2.5% surcharge for contactless payment and credit cards.

  • If you enjoy and love your service, you are welcome to give your Nail Artist a cash or online tip. All tips 100% go directly to our Nail Artists.

  • Our gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store or on our website. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for Nailtime treatments, drinks, and retail products.

    Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused balance will not be refunded or transferred to a new voucher.

  • Enjoy peace of mind with our 7-day guarantee on all gel manicures and pedicures – Refresh, Signature, Premium, Prestige, and Enhancement. If you experience any issues such as gel lifting, or chipping within 7 days, we will fix it at no cost. This guarantee covers only quality defects and does not apply to changes in shape, length, color, or nail art. <Learn More>

    Concerns raised after 7 days after your appointment or if aftercare instructions were not followed, it will result in a full service charge.

    Please email a photo(s) of the affected nails as well as a reason to us as soon as possible and our team will be in touch to assist you.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Regular polish, chrome, nail gems, white gels, and effect or matte gel services are not covered by our guarantee once you leave the salon.

    • Nails that are treated without care or above limitations of nail enhancements are excluded from guarantee.

  • We uphold the highest standards of hygiene by thoroughly sanitising all stations and sterilising tools using advanced autoclave dry heat and UV light sterilisers between each use.

  • We believe that the health and well-being of both our nail artists and clients is of utmost importance. Soft Gel and Poly Gel extensions are a safer alternative to acrylics. They are odour-less, lighter, and durable. They also provide the strength of gel with the length of acrylics. Explore our service menu

  • Children are welcome, and we offer children's services using gentle products. Please note that minors must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the salon for safety purposes.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies we should be aware of. Our online booking system will ask first-time clients to complete a client intake form to share any relevant information.

    If you have concerns about your medical condition, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

  • If you have a disability that could affect your ability to receive a treatment, please give us a call or reach out to us at hello@nailtime.nz. We will try to accommodate and support you in any way we can.

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the salon. For the comfort of other customers, please keep your dog comfortably by your side while inside. Service animals are, of course, always welcome!
